My name is Sindi Somers. I have officiated weddings throughout Washington, Oregon and California. I am authorized to make it legal in other states. Those are just the three, that I’ve done it so far. I am an ordained minister and I officiate spiritual, and completely non-religious, civil ceremonies, as well. Whatever you’d like! I’m here to support your vision.

In addition to officiating weddings, I have found a beneficial way to use my naturally strong attention to detail, as a wedding planner. Whether your guest count is ten or two hundred, I can help de-stress your planning process by taking as much off your plate as you’d like. Are you a DIYer? No problem! I’ll be on call and ready to help you whenever you need it along the way. Is your life jam packed and you have no idea how you can possibly fit anything else in? Again, no problem! I can do all of the foot work and research and bring you choices that match the aesthetic and vibe that you want to make your special day memorable. I’ll be as available as you would like me to be!

No matter what I’m doing, whether planning, officiating, or walking my dog, I use my experience using meditation techniques to help bring calmness to a wedding and the planning process. As a certified meditation teacher, I can work with you informally or in a more structured way, through coaching and counseling. For one or both of you! I love my couples and want them to love their day! It is my goal to help it to be as stress-free as possible. I see my role as one of support. I am there 100% for my couples, which means, I would be there 100% for you! It’s your day to create how you want it. Let me help you make it a reality.

As mentioned under my photo above, I love animals! Have you considered incorporating your animal friends into the festivities? I can help you brainstorm ideas of how to include pets, as well as children, or even special people that aren’t able to physically be with you at your wedding.

In addition to weddings, I do vow renewals and other ceremonies, and can even emcee your reception.
